Our 1 hour Value Stream Map (VSM) course is designed to provide you with knowledge and confidence to allow you to actively participate in a VSM.
During this course we cover:
- When and where a VSM is used
- The benefits of a VSM
- The ‘Seven’ wastes
Technical requirements
The virtual course will require a video call zoom, MS teams , Google meet. Therefore, you will need a device to dial in (PBI will arrange and send details) and a modern internet browser:
